Terms of Purchase

Introduction

These Terms of Purchase formulate unified transaction rules, order placement norms, pricing and discount clauses, product receiving confirmation, transaction liability division, and abnormal order processing standards for all users who purchase suncare skincare products on the platform. Order Placement & Voluntary Transaction Recognition

Users shall complete order placement independently according to their own shopping demands, and confirm product specifications, capacity, quantity, color shade, receiving address and contact information carefully before payment. Once the payment transaction is successfully completed, the order contract is deemed formally established, and users recognize that the order cannot be arbitrarily modified, cancelled or returned without complying with the Refund Policy. Parcel Receipt, Inspection & Automatic Confirmation Rules

For unattended parcels kept by local logistics providers for a limited time, users shall complete pickup within the storage period; overdue parcel return, storage fees and logistics loss risks shall be borne by the user. The platform is not responsible for parcel loss and damage caused by users’ designated incorrect receiving address, unreachable contact information and long-term failure to pick up the parcel.

Transaction Liability Division & Dispute Handling

Both buyers and sellers shall abide by the principle of honest transaction and perform their respective obligations stipulated in these Terms of Purchase. The platform is responsible for providing genuine qualified products, standard logistics distribution and standardized after-sales services; users are responsible for providing accurate receiving information, completing payment normally, picking up parcels in a timely manner, and abiding by the return and refund policy rules.
For transaction disputes arising from product quality, logistics damage and platform service problems, the platform will handle them in accordance with official policies and objective evidence; for disputes caused by users’ personal reasons such as address error, arbitrary return and false claim, the platform will not bear additional liability compensation. All dispute handling adheres to the principles of fairness, objectivity and standardization, and does not accept emotional demands and unreasonable compensation claims without valid basis.
The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate the transaction service of accounts that seriously violate these terms, including malicious order cancellation, false refund application, repeated malicious evaluation and violation of transaction order.
